The Service contact person (Ryan) was great! This is little like saying we sell new cars from $20,000 and the lowest car ever available is $41,000. Ryan did a good job explaining it but price matters. For the record, between personal vehicles and work, we have 14 ford vehicles, 8 of which were purchased in last 5 years. Whether I/We have 1 ford car or 14, Customers have choices and don't like to be misled. More

The dealerships service department is severely overpriced. Diagnostic fees should not be as outrageous as they are. Other mechanics do it just fine for much cheaper.
