I had to go back and forth a few times to schedule both a regular service and recall service. I wanted a loaner because I didn't want to deal with waiting ora shuttle. Back story: Was a customer of Fox Ford since it was in South Loop on Motor Row. Always 5-star service with them but not so much in two service visits to Murgado. Was not asked to complete survey after first visit but wanted to give them another chance. As before, even though I had an "appointment both times," my wait was more than two hours for a quick change in the first visit and more than four hours for the second which was for a repair. I understand the longer wait but I had to track down the service rep to check our status. As it turned out, a needed part was not available until the next day and I left the car there -- annoying but understandable. The service rep told me that my car would be the first for the tech the following day but, despite receiving a text about 7:30am that the needed part had arrived, work didn't begin until the afternoon. It was near closing time when the car was ready, again after I sought out the service tech. When I received the invoice, it included a description of the issue that was unlike what I had described it to be. Even though Murgado is quite convenient for me, I'm thinking that it's time to find another dealership for service work, no matter how routine. I wish others well in their dealings with Murgado. More

I wrote a review before and filled this out several weeks ago. My experience with Murgado Forde was absolutely wonderful because of one employee in particular Julio Garcia. In the service area they both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. Employees who make your dealership stand out from the others?
