The service tech was pleasant and attentive. She did make excuses for everything that was on my mind about the car. There was an issue with my windshield washer pump and Murgado was going to charge me $700 to repair it and I had my local ASCE Certified mechanic look at it and he fixed it for nothing. The service employees at the front desk for the service drop-off were friendly and courteous. The shuttle driver was decent in the morning, however in the afternoon for pickup back to the dealer the sh drop-off were friendly and courteous. They do not answer the phone. The phone system puts you on hold for several minutes then says the voicemail box is full. Hitting zero for the operator doesn't work.
