Finally ready the same day. The overall rating I gave this dealership is for the many times I have been in the service center here. This time I had excellent service. I had minor work done and my van was ready the same day! Not usually the case here. I've had my van here for 3 days to over a week. They seem to be so busy that everything gets backed up. Scheduling problem? Anyway, was so glad to get it back in 1 day. Getting parts in a timely manner is also a problem here. They do communicate well., which is a plus. More

Very Accommodating!!! I needed an oil change, last minute, due to my car's warning message and I was in the Gold Coast area. Called Fox Ford, around 5pm, (really thinking t I needed an oil change, last minute, due to my car's warning message and I was in the Gold Coast area.
