The service tech was pleasant and attentive. She did make excuses for everything that was on my mind about the car. I haven’t owned an American car in over 30 years until this car and it will b She did make excuses for everything that was on my mind about the car. I haven’t owned an American car in over 30 years until this car and it will be my last. Quality just isn’t there. Level of service lacks as well. There was an issue with my windshield washer pump and Murgado was going to charge me $700 to repair it and I had my local ASCE Certified mechanic look at it and he fixed it for nothing. It was that simple. More

The service employees at the front desk for the service drop-off were friendly and courteous. The shuttle driver was decent in the morning, however in the afternoon for pickup back to the dealer the sh drop-off were friendly and courteous. The shuttle driver was decent in the morning, however in the afternoon for pickup back to the dealer the shuttle driver was a bit distracted. At times they were texting from their phone and drove a bit rushed compared to their driving in the morning. More

The rates for everything are far more expensive than any other mechanic shop. They charge $300 just to look at the vehicle and then recommended over $4k worth of work of which only $900 was actually necessa other mechanic shop. They charge $300 just to look at the vehicle and then recommended over $4k worth of work of which only $900 was actually necessary to drive. Additionally they stated the $300 would roll into the repair and they fought me on that. Would not recommend unless you have a recall and they will do it for free More
