My service technician was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The services I received were also great. I received a thorough inspection report, which was helpful. I have an extended warranty with Ox Care Care on my car. I provided the contract number and phone number for contacting claims. The call was never made. Instead of calling the warranty company and getting I provided the contract number and phone number for contacting claims. The call was never made. Instead of calling the warranty company and getting permission to do the work as required, Jennifer made the decision to just go ahead and do the work without prior authorization because she did not think it would be covered. In reality the warranty company would have paid for the work had their process been properly followed. As a result the claim was denied and I am out $550. Jennifer's response was "I have never seen a warranty company cover this type of work." Had she followed the proper protocol she would have been able to see it covered and I would not have had to pay out. Not happy!! More
