I test drove an Artic Blue with Almond Interior SL with premium package and fell in love with it. So did my wife. I waited a week and it was already sold, but that didn't stop Justin fro finding me a shiny new one with only 5 miles on the odometer. Justin found every discount and incentive possible to make sure my vehicle fit my tight budget. I work night shift and Justin didn't mind working with me outside of normal business hours. He even texted me after his normal work hours at 11PM to answer my last minute questions before signing the paperwork the next day. I love my Artic Blue/Almond Interior SL with premium package and you guys made this happen. I also appreciate the extra incentives Justin found to help me keep my interior clean. I hope it works. Thank you, Garrett More
Arisha Welker is so helpful!!!! Arisha Welker was awesome to deal with. I couldn't find an answer to a question I had on my Nissan Armada. I had called the dealership I bought the Arisha Welker was awesome to deal with. I couldn't find an answer to a question I had on my Nissan Armada. I had called the dealership I bought the vehicle from and they couldn't get a clear answer, so she looked until she found it. We didn't buy the SUV from her, but she still took time out of her day to work and find the answers we needed and was incredibly pleasant and professional to deal with. If this is the culture of this dealership moving forward I definitely recommend this place. More
I was helping a family member shop around for a new car and we spent the day test driving several models from nearby lots. It was getting late, about 7:45 p.m., but we thought we'd stop by M'Boro Nissan. and we spent the day test driving several models from nearby lots. It was getting late, about 7:45 p.m., but we thought we'd stop by M'Boro Nissan. There were two male salesmen on the lot, but since it was closing time, they NEVER walked over to us. We could tell they were not "hungry" and didn't want to get into an extended showing so close to closing time. They expressed NO interest. Then "Big Mike" came out and offered to give us a test drive of an Altima. It drove great, we were really surprised, but it was very cramped in the back. We came back to the lot and told Mike we'd be back the next day or so, and he gave us his card. My family talked it over that night, and decided to go back to buy the vehicle from M'Boro Nissan. Fast forward a few days, we entered the sales area and Big Mike was with another customer. He asked us to wait in the lounge, he'd be about 1/2 an hour or so. While sitting in the room, I couldn't help but notice the auto mechanics kicking a tennis ball around, playing soccer with it and bouncing it off their shoes, arms, etc. And, not just one or two, several were doing this. I have taken my truck ONCE to this dealership before, and was not happy with the service wait-time. Now I know what really goes on behind the scenes. As one of the managers (short guy, mustache, red shirt) walked buy, I couldn't help but tell him how bad that looked, and he acted surprised at my statement, and just muttered something like, "their bored." I guess he didn't see the other vehicles waiting to be worked already in another bay or outside. I told him this is why I no longer bring my vehicles here for service and he just just blew me off, saying something like they are caught up and have nothing to do. Wow. After another 20-25 minutes, we walked back into the sales floor and Big Mike was no where to be seen. Again, there were 9-10 salesmen just standing around so I purposely commented "I guess no one wants to sell us a car." And no one responded to my comment either. We finally found Big Mike in an office. We told him we wanted to buy a car, but were not going to wait. He tried to dump us off on one of the other salesman, but I asked for his boss, or the sales manager. Big Mike said they don't get involved with showing cars......................well excuse me!!!! Unbelievable. Why not just get your boss off his butt and introduce him to us, whatever it takes, don't let an interested customer walk out of your show room. We left and will never be back. Did you read me? We will never be back, and if the rest of Rutherford County is smart, neither will they. We decided to go with choice number two, and went across town and where welcomed with open arms by another dealership. Within an hour, my family bought a brand new car and were driving it off the lot. DON'T go to M'Boro Nissan for anything- service, sales, or even to ask about the weather. They all are clueless. The only plus about this dealership, is the waiting room had snacks. I took a few home with me and just noticed where they "get" them from. It is a peppermint from Jason's Deli. These cheapskates fill their snack supply with other stores' freebies. That takes the cake!! More
I bought a brand new 2013 pathfinder platinum from them and the rear main seal was bad from the factory. I told them I did not want this vehicle anymore that I would like a new one, I felt like I would alw and the rear main seal was bad from the factory. I told them I did not want this vehicle anymore that I would like a new one, I felt like I would always wonder what was next. Berry never questioned it they offered to bring in a new one for me and that I could choose any color I wanted. In 10 years this was the 5th car I purchased from this dealer and have always had excellent service from there sales team to the service department. Nissan of Murfreesboro provided me with a very positive experience. I personally have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. My family purchased several vehicles and remains loyal only to them. So, w experience. I personally have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. My family purchased several vehicles and remains loyal only to them. So, when it was time for me to buy my very first car Nissan of Murfreesboro was the only dealership I considered. My salesman was very knowledgeable of each car that I purchased. He showed me he was concerned about what I needed in a car, and didn’t force a car on me that he knew I didn’t need or couldn’t afford. Not only was the car buying process smooth, it left me feeling confident that I had made the right decision. I felt informed, and had no questions when I drove my car off the lot. What really impresses me about this dealership is the friendliness of everyone who works there. They operate like a family, and make you feel comfortable if you’re buying a car or if you are coming in for maintenance. Everyone is there to help you, even if they had nothing to do with the purchase of your car. I would 100% recommend this dealership and Justin Humphrey to anyone! I am more than satisfied with my experiences and will only shop at Nissan of Murfreesboro! More

I went car shopping with my daughter I wanted a Nissan. I was told by a friend to go to the Nissan in Gallattin, but I live in Murfreesboro. I went to the Nissan on Memorial and that had to be the worst car was told by a friend to go to the Nissan in Gallattin, but I live in Murfreesboro. I went to the Nissan on Memorial and that had to be the worst car shopping experience of my life. I had a down payment and a budget plan. I explained this to Mr Roberts. He showed me two cars I fell in love with one and he said lets see what we can do. My daughter asked if this would take a long time, he said no. Well we went back to his desk and he said he would go get some figures. It took him at least an hour before he came back to tell me I could not get approved by there bank. I would have to wait until the morning to see if I would qualify from another one of there banks. Of course he called to say I would have to put more money down. Apparently they messed up my paper work really bad, thankfully Newton Nissan of Gallantin knows what they are doing. They had to fix all the mistakes the Murfreesboro Nissan did. Shame on you Murfreesboro Nissan for making this car shopping experience so horrible. Thankfully Newton Nissan helped me. More
The worst customer service ever! Once you buy your car with them, consider yourself abandoned. If you have a question or a concern about your purchase they will promise to get back to you the next day an with them, consider yourself abandoned. If you have a question or a concern about your purchase they will promise to get back to you the next day and do everything in their power to make the customer happy. But those are empty words. They never call back, what they say they will work on, they never do and their only aim is to "Win the argument' once they have your cash. Nissan makes a great car, but take a trip to Nashville or somewhere else, as they will ruin the car buying and owning experience with the car salesmen stereotype of the 1980s. They are just plain mean and heartless. More
