Terrible Service Brought my car in for a missing problem; I told him all I knew about the car plus let them know about an oil leak in the spark plug tube; but I suspec Brought my car in for a missing problem; I told him all I knew about the car plus let them know about an oil leak in the spark plug tube; but I suspected that was not the problem. The service advisor told me that they did track the miss to the oil leak and that coil pack. $600 to replace the valve cover and Coil pack. I believed him and accepted the repair cause they were already charging me for $140 diagnostic fee. He was suppose to keep my old parts for me; he forgot, and tossed them in trash. Days later, the the car missed again. Eventually, they tracked the problem to a bad coil pack by getting the code, swapping it with another location, and get the code again. They threw away a good coil pack. The Shop manager was belligerent once this came to light; He said they didn't fix anything that didn't need to be fixed, and he said he was NOT going to buy me another coil pack. I responded that I did not bring it into them to fix things that were not associated to the problem. They wanted another $400 to fix the problem. I took the car and replaced all 4 coil packs with after-market parts for a fraction of what they wanted Under $50; took me 15 minutes. The car has been running fine since then. I wrote an extensive letter the general manager Pam Humphrey; she said she wanted to set up a meeting with me and the techs. A few weeks past, and I called her again. She had a few excuses as to the delay; she said she would call and set up a meeting. Six weeks later, still have not heard from her. The lack of customer relations apparently comes from the top. Mr. Russell went way above his duties to help us find a car we like but also could afford. He knew how to deal with us since my husband had certain qualifications that he used since he worked at Nissan and would be receiving rebates. Excellent service in a timely manner. I took my 2014 Altima in for 3 recall repairs and an oil change. Christopher was up front about it taking about 3 hours. Driver, Caleb, was a great young man. We had good conversation on the drive. The pick up driver was just as nice. Christopher assured me I much safer in my car now.
