Purchase of 2016 Rogue We had been looking for a vehicle for several weeks. We looked over the Nissan lot that day, and it was a very hot & humid day. Jerry Webb treated us We had been looking for a vehicle for several weeks. We looked over the Nissan lot that day, and it was a very hot & humid day. Jerry Webb treated us like we were the only people there. He offered to check on pricing on whatever we appeared to be interested in. He got us cold water to drink. I wasn't sure on that day so I waited. In the following week, my husband called Mr. Webb more than once to ask questions and told him that I wanted to test drive a Rogue. We returned the following Saturday. Mr. Webb was busy with another customer when we arrived, but kept coming to where we were sitting to say that he would be with us shortly. After I drove the Rogue, he went over the options. He even took my picture beside it after I had made a decision to purchase one. Mr. Webb called me the day after the purchase just to see if I was happy with my Rogue and to ask if I had any questions or problems with it. I do not like to purchase a vehicle simply because I don't enjoy dealing with a sales person. Mr.. Webb has changed the way I felt about a typical sales person. He is not that person. He is helpful, informative and follows up with you, but does not push. He offers other suggestions to think about, but does not push. I like that. More
