MY NAME IS FRANK, NOT PATRICIA (my wife who drives Ford) I had an appointment at 3pm on a Friday, but needed to be working on some stuff at home all day, so brought it in at 7am and left it with keys. They called me at around 1130am that it was ready to go. I had forgotten to mention that the AC belt was squealing occasionally, and they said they would get right on it. I also mentioned that I could not pick it up until nearly 5pm. No problem. Cathy was my rep and she was very good to work with. Service was superb. More

Service Experience I had previously ordered and paid for a new rim and Dunlop tire to use as a spare on my car, I never received a call that said the items were in, so I I had previously ordered and paid for a new rim and Dunlop tire to use as a spare on my car, I never received a call that said the items were in, so I called and confirmed they had arrived. I brought my car in in on July 21st to have the new rim and tire installed and told my rep to please have the old tire and rim put in my trunk in place of the donut tire.. Brandon Parsons was my rep and he typed the order exactly correct and I signed the work order. After my car was ready I was going to remove and store the donut tire only to find that it wasn’t in my trunk as I expected. I lifted the tire cover to find the donut still in the tire slot in my trunk with no sight of my rim and tire that was supposed to have been put in my trunk. I immediately called and explained to Brandon what I had found. He checked with the service techs to learn that they still had the rim and tire in the shop. Brandon called me back and told me what happened and asked if I could return to the service center and they would give me the tire and rim back. I did go back and to retrieve my tire and rim. I was extremely impressed with the way Brandon handled the situation and his sincere apology for the error occurring in the first place. His professionalism in the way this situation was handled will keep me coming back to the dealership. An extremely professional employee who exhibits customer satisfaction always. Linda Hall More

I told him what service was needed and he then repeated everything back to me to make sure he didn’t miss anything. He then showed me to get waiting area and after approximately 20-30 min he came back out and told me upon inspection that the battery was showing signs of running weak. Showed me the diagnostic reading of what is was vs what it should be. He told me what it would cost and surprisingly was not as expensive as I thought it would be. So I agreed to get new battery. Before too long Josh called me out to let me know my vehicle was ready and I could follow him to pay and be on my way. Again a very pleasant young man to deal with. Thanks, Josh! More
