Good service but poor sales dept The first time I asked for a sales person a young man called me back that was not a sales person. He was arugent and I didn't have time to be screened The first time I asked for a sales person a young man called me back that was not a sales person. He was arugent and I didn't have time to be screened by a sales persons assistant so when the sales person called back I did not want to work with him. A week later I called again and was given another sales person who in the beginning was responsive. I told him my payment limit, how many months I wanted to go and completed a credit app. I was ready to buy that day. He told me he couldn't meet my payment. I'd done the math and knew my payment request was reasonable so I called Nissan of shelbyville and bought the Nissan rouge I wanted the same day. No hassle no run around. Negotiated by phone and email and was only there an hour and a half and drove away with my new car. FYI I have good credit and had a trade in that I own and would have put down cash but didn't need to. I wanted to buy from Murfreesboro because it's most convenient for me but I was turned off and turned away in two occasions. Thank goodness your service dept in Murfreesboro is excellent and has taken good care of me in more than one occasion More

They took care of everything before I even took the car for a test drive. I was able to make sure it was something that worked in my budget before leaving work to drive. They took the time before any comment mints to insure I was happy. Most places say well you have to come in first and we can start the process. Because of the wonderful service I was able to take little to no time off work and got an amazing car! Thanks guys! More

You know "salesmen" aren't supposed to be someone you actually like, but we can't say that with this purchase. We left feeling like we had actually made friends. Plus, Josh (England) and Charlie (Westover) in the Service Department were more than willing to answer questions we had about the Titan V8 truck. And last but certainly not least - Samantha (Masi) she made signing on the dotted line less painful. :-) Thank you to each and everyone of you! More

Left happy with a great vehicle My wife and I went there to look at a used Rogue, which we ended up not liking. We ended up getting a Certified used Rogue, which was a year newer with way less miles, for not much more money. Our salesman, Blake, was great and very easy to work with; he was never pushy at any time during the process. Everything was very smooth from beginning to end. We realized the next morning that one of the floor mats was missing; possibly left out while it was being detailed. Anyway, Blake got us one with no problem. Overall I gave it 4 stars. That's because we had to fill up the gas from empty right after purchasing it. In his defense, Blake DID OFFER to go to the gas station and pay for it himself. I told him that wasn't necessary, but I think the dealership (not sales person) should fill your tank when you buy a car. Anyway, we were still very happy and would recommend the dealership and Blake. More
