They spent some time locating the parts for me and I really appreciated them. I had first went to another Nissan Parts Department that is local to me. They didn't have the desire to help. I left empty handed. I loved the way are conversation started off with. The parts department greeted me by saying they would do their best to help me and they came through. They worked so well as a team searching on the computer for my parts. Special thanks to Kelsey Gibson and Dakota Crews. I was very pleased with my experience at Boro Nissan. Darrion Abston sold me the car I wanted for the price I wanted, with none of the extra fluff that car salesmen are infamous for. Worst service department ever! My son took off work to come in to get a diagnostic done on his car which we purchased there (a Ford Fusion. They also sold him an extended warranty when he bought it. They told him they couldn’t do a diagnostic until Monday and even though he had done service there before they didn’t have his warranty on file (this was Saturday). After waiting in line for an hour he was defeated. I asked him to go back in and put me on the phone with someone, i spoke to Ashley S. Wow what a disappointment. After telling me they didn’t have it on file i mentioned they sold us the warranty, her response “We didn’t sell you a warranty, service don’t do that” I get that, but the person on the other side of the building did, so i pointed out that she could simply have picked up the phone and called down the hall and found out. She admitted, yes she could have done that...this is called laziness and poor customer service. There is a reason we only bought two cars from them and the last car i bought (3 months ago) was bought down the road at ford. Absolutely disappointed with the level of customer service and the rude attitude of their service managers. We will no longer be servicing our Nissan Titan or our sons vehicles at Nissan. Thank god for ford down the road who said they could get his car in and diagnose it today. More
Dissatisfied I took my 2001 Frontier in to find out what was wrong with it . Poor customer service On Tuesday February 26, 2019 I called the dealership and spoke to a salesman about purchasing a brand new NV200 van. I told him I had cash money, no f On Tuesday February 26, 2019 I called the dealership and spoke to a salesman about purchasing a brand new NV200 van. I told him I had cash money, no financing and that I would be in the next day to pick it up. I called ahead the next day and asked to please have everything ready to go as I had to get back to my business asap. I arrived at 3 PM. The van was dirty and nothing was ready. I sat for 3 hours. Nobody even offered me a cup of coffee. A CASH SALE! I finally had a friend come and pick me up. Their excuse was that they had 20 sales that day and they were short a finance person. Why did I need a finance person? I had cash! I was also lied to about the factory warranty. You let somebody with cash sit at a stupid for 3 hours and ignore them??? BAD BUSINESS! More
Poor Customer Service I have been a customer of this particular dealership for a long time. We have purchase 6 new vehicles from them and I have always loved the service d I have been a customer of this particular dealership for a long time. We have purchase 6 new vehicles from them and I have always loved the service department's customer service. It has changed a few times in the past, but for the better. I have had two bad experiences recently that have made me realize the new owners don't have the same consistency and care for their customers. They have taken away services that made it feel personal and honestly dropped the ball when it comes to the service department. (my car has just hit the two year mark so I have not dealt with the sales department yet to know how they are doing) Unfortunately we have decided to go an additional 20 miles out of the way to another dealership that still feels customer service is important. More

Didn’t make us feel any pressure what so ever. My daughter bought a 2018 Kick & loves it. If your looking at buying a car i highly recommend going to Nissan in Murfreesboro ask for Kelton Brown or Daniel Fun. Nelly Karapetyan is the Finance Manager I’ll just say couldn’t have gotten a better person to go over the $$ part. She was the sweetest & took her time w/ it all.
