Lousy and expensive service Avoid Nissan of Murfreesboro at all cost. Service dept over charges. Even with appointments they keep jumping to other cars while you wait. Told labor would be 3 hours then 6 hours. Went back and checked and nobody working on my car for over an hour. Then told I couldn't stand outside and watch my car, obviously trying to hide their sham. When I complained they threatened to take my car off the lift with nothing done after 6 hours. More
