He kept me updated during the day so I knew what was going on so I didn't have to wonder when the car would be ready. They didn't have the part for my mirror yesterday, so when I went back this morning he had already informed everyone I would be coming in and I didn't have to wait at all for the repair. My husband did a locate/search and found its twin only in a 2017.5 model at the Murfreesboro location. When we got there to look at the vehicle it was past 7p and they closed at 8p. We were assigned to Paul Boyer who was hands down, the most professional and helpful person we have encountered and we have purchased our fair share of vehicles in our family. The process due to the situation was seamless, professional and quick and they even stayed until 9p to get everything finalized for us.
