I wish I could leave this establishment a ZERO. The ONLY nice thing they have going for them is Ike. My family and I drove over an hour with the possibility of purchasing 3 new vehicles(over the course of a nice thing they have going for them is Ike. Arisha is the worst salesperson I've EVER had the displeasure of having to deal with. She lured us down there with the promise of helping us figure out the Nissan Employee Discount. When we got down there , she was a totally different person. She said that the employee discount wasn't in effective right now, which is fine...whatever. HOWEVER, a phone call/text would have been much appreciated before making the trip. I did not like Arisha's style of business dealings at all. I WILL NOT do business with this dealership. I'd rather not have a car than to do business with Arisha in particular. More
I purchased a Brand new 2021 Nissan sentra in May 2021( My first car note isn't due yet) As I go out to start the car to go to work....WON"T START!!!!!!! I've had mixed results with this dealers' service department. Sometimes the service appointments are honored and other times they are not. The vehicle was not pulled for service until after 9:30 and the service tech told my husband that they did not accept appointments. If you don't accept appointments, don't allow them to be made on your website. More
Gave a 1 because there is no 0 star rating. I had my 2018 pathfinder in for some repairs. While in there they did a free inspections and told me that my brakes needed immediate attention due to saftey concer pathfinder in for some repairs. While in there they did a free inspections and told me that my brakes needed immediate attention due to saftey concerns. Front pads were at 2mm and back were at 3mm. It was going to be $320, but I didn't have them do the work. A second inspection showed the front pads were at 7mm (almost 60% of the pad left) and the rear was just shy of 5mm (over 40% left). It will be between 1 and 2 years before I need new pads. To confronted them that I was lied to about my brakes to upsell over $300 of work. The did a reinspection and confirmed that I didn't need brakes at this time and offered a free detailing to make up for the mistake. I took my car back for a detailing that is listed as "WASH, WAX, VACUUM, WINDOWS AND TIRE DRESS". What a waste of my time. They did a half decent washing. They didn't wash the roof, there were still bugs stuck to the front bumper and brown brake dust on the tires and rims. The care was not waxed. The inside of the windows were not cleaned, nor did it appear they even tried to clean them. They only vacuumed the floor mats, the rest of the carpet around the floor mat still had dirt, sand, etc. The tire dressing was uneven and barely applied, but it did help to make the brown brake dust shine. The dash was still dusty, the center console around the cup holders was no cleaned. It was a pathetic attempt at a detailing. In short, I would never set foot in their service department again. I can't trust what they recommend needing service and from the quality of the detailing, it appears the cut corners when possible. More
I brought my Murano in for service. Ashly kept me aware of the status of my vehicle and was extremely helpful and available for questions. My car was ready quickly and the issue, which was under warranty, of the status of my vehicle and was extremely helpful and available for questions. I only give this a one star rating because a 0 wasn't an option. After I purchased this car, which took literally all day, the salesman has made 4 trips to my house because of mistakes they've made.
