Really Good Routine Maintenance Visit When I first arrived, there was a line to get into the service area. I was greeted by several individuals, one of whom assured me that they would get When I first arrived, there was a line to get into the service area. I was greeted by several individuals, one of whom assured me that they would get me in as soon as possible. Once I got to the service counter, I was warmly greeted by the service advisor. He worked with me to get my service needs met, and as I was getting ready to leave the car for the day, he told me that it would be ready in about 15-20 minutes. Honestly, I was a bit surprised, so I took the time to go to breakfast with my wife. When I received the call telling me that the car was ready, sure enough, it had been about 20 minutes. The service advisor was very nice, and I actually enjoyed visiting with him. He was not pushy about anything, and he did not rush me. He actually took the time to talk with me. That is rare in the service world, where it is usually all about turning around volume. More
