Friendly and fast service I pulled into the service area without an appointment with a sprung inside driver door handle. I was greeted immediately and waited about 1 minute to I pulled into the service area without an appointment with a sprung inside driver door handle. I was greeted immediately and waited about 1 minute to explain my problem. Brandon Parsons was very friendly and helpful. He first checked to see if the car was still under warranty, which it was not. He then said the problem may be a spring and if so the part would be about $30 with an hour of labor cost. (estimate 150-160) They immediately took the car to to dismantle the inside of the door and check it out. I was soon told they had the part in stock that was needed and that it would be about one hour. The whole process including diagnostic took an hour. Bill was $151.37. Very knowledgeable staff. I was very pleased with the quick service, the price, and to be able to open my door again with ease! More

Very easy going, laid back Benny Russell was very patient and easy going. We did not have a chance to get a babysitter and had our 2 toddlers present and everyone involved was Benny Russell was very patient and easy going. Bad battery- struggling to start Came in because battery that was replace about 3 months early was struggling to start. Explained to service tech and then to service manager- it was 575 CCA & they changed to 700 CCA (actually wouldn’t start 3 times - especially with the cold weather) Fixed the issue immediately. Very pleased w the service and c/o of the battery. Very helpful & didn’t try to sell me something else.. More
