I went to the waiting area had donuts and coffee then the courtesy van drove me home. Joseph called me 6 hrs later to inform me the problem was resolved and a new sensor installed. 2016 Quest Rattle Repair I brought my 2016 Quest van in due to a loud rattling coming from the sliding passenger door. I dropped my van off Friday afternoon and picked it up I brought my 2016 Quest van in due to a loud rattling coming from the sliding passenger door. I dropped my van off Friday afternoon and picked it up Saturday morning with the rattle repaired. It turned out to be a few broken clips on a wind deflector underneath the car. The service tech did a good job investigating the rattle and my customer service rep Brandon was very courteous and professional. This was an overall good experience. More
