3 days after buying my car I tried to take it back, they told me I could trade it in for something on the lot of equal or more value. Tried that, didn’t work. I hated my car. Made me pay for brand new tires told me I could trade it in for something on the lot of equal or more value. Tried that, didn’t work. I hated my car. Made me pay for brand new tires, 4 days after owning my car I hit a pot hole turning into the gas station and blew the side wall out of my “brand new” tires, contacted them to fix it they said it wasn’t under warranty. I took it down there, left it on the lot and after a week they finally fixed it. Called about my radiator making a noise they said my extended warranty didn’t kick in until 90 days after I own the vehicle. Why am I paying for an extended warranty then? Was in Nashville with both of my kids and my electric fan stopped working and the car overheated. Now almost 6 months later I still have temporary tags on my car, called them and they said New York still has the title and it’s now a lost title. I called them over a week ago because my tags were about to expire they said they’d send me one out. Over a week later, still no tags in the mail. Called them to see what the issue is and the manager Luke didn’t know any answers to anything we asked and everything we asked him was “above his pay grade” we asked to speak to whoever was above him and he said there wasn’t anyone. Needless to say if on Monday I can’t get an answer for this car I will be contacting the Tennessee Better Bureau Office and maybe then I can get some answers. Do not recommend this place at all. More
Do not recommend, Lying tech on services and also Lying Desk person. I asked for services to be done. I then was called that vehicle was ready. I then asked desk person to verify services done and was told Desk person. I asked for services to be done. I then was called that vehicle was ready. I then asked desk person to verify services done and was told all completed. I then saw on receipt that the tech had cancelled services and stated I had told him to cancel. I returned and a second desk person did not want me have services and proceeded show me numbers tech had put on my vehicle on wear. Yet I know for fact did not do services nor take off tires. The psi on tires were same as when arrived due to nail in one tires. I had gave dealership a second chance. I was there in April and female desk person that greeted me tapped on my hood over 40 times with fingernails. I had to tell her to stop tapping. On this visit, desk person possibly Chris, male wrote up ticket using my hood as a clipboard for him to write on. Devin was the tech in back doing repairs. If you get him, ask for work be swapped to someone else or know work not done and do not return. I was told the name on my check in for desk person was a man that no longer is there yet his name on my ticket. Chris Tarpley. Mycalyn M. was desk tech in April that taps fingers on hoods. More

Bad experience with this dealership especially the sales manager and owner however the salesperson Curtis was great he had a big wonderful personality his coworker and especially the sales manager had a lot manager and owner however the salesperson Curtis was great he had a big wonderful personality his coworker and especially the sales manager had a lot to be desired for with lack of courtesy and professionalism I had spoken multiple times with the sales manager and confirmed the vehicle that we wanted with intent to purchase was still on the lot I told her we were coming over regarding the car we traveled round trip over 6 hours and upon arrival she had allowed one of the other salesmen to sell the car. The people who bought it was signing the papers when we went in. Upon on arrival we were met by the salesman Curtis who was great and tried to accommodate us we explained the situation to him he even allowed us to drive the car in case the other people's sale did not go through but when we arrive back after test drive to the car lot the other salesmen who sold the car came out rudely demanding the key did not even speak to us the salesmanager did not have enough courtesy or professionalism to call and tell us she allowed the sale to happen knowingng we were on our way nor did she offer gas replacement especially with the price of gas she could have done that. THERE WAS NO apology from sales manager or business owner. Curtis tried to find another vehicle at another lot like we wanted much respect to him for his effort courtesy and professionalism. if you go here request Curtis for your vehicle purchase. If I had spoken with Curtis the salesman there to begin with I'm sure the experience and outcome would have been much different More
Listed price, then "manager" increased price upon me contacting them. Then stated the dealer fees are in the $750 range. So bait and switch prices, then price gouge on fees. No thanks, not the kind of contacting them. Then stated the dealer fees are in the $750 range. So bait and switch prices, then price gouge on fees. My name is Tammy Simmons. My husband and I purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX60 on January 4, 2022. It was everything I wanted. I previously had a 2014 QX60 and loved it. My expe My husband and I purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX60 on January 4, 2022. It was everything I wanted. I previously had a 2014 QX60 and loved it. My experience at the dealership was very pleasant. Our salesman, Nick (Jerry Nichols) was a very sweet young man and was very helpful and so excited for us. We love him! We drove it home and from the beginning, it smoked when we started it. Today is March 11, 2022 and I haven't put 700 miles on it. I don't know very much about cars at all, but I knew something wasn't right. I told my husband and he didn't pay too much attention to me, with it being practically a brand new car with only 31,600 miles on it. He was outside one day when I was leaving. He was shocked to see the amount of smoke that came out of the tail pipe. It looked like white smoke from a smog machine. He immediately checked the oil and saw that it had burned an entire quart of oil. He added a quart of the manufacturer's recommendation, which was 0W20. The next day, my husband called Infiniti to try to get it in for service. It still had the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty and we purchased an extended warranty up to 125,000 miles, which doesn't come into effect until the Infiniti warranty is expired. After giving them all of the info on the car, we were informed that the warranty was VOIDED because of the previous owner's lack of maintenance. They had taken the car to Infiniti for service in October 2021 because it set 5 codes and had a check engine light on. They were told at that time that the warranty was voided because of lack of maintenance. There was sludge in the motor and the only fix was a brand new motor. They immediately went to Nissan in Murfreesboro and traded the car. We informed Nissan what Infiniti had told us and they said to bring it to them. A week later, we have been given the run around and told that they were going to replace the valve cover and that would fix it. After many, many calls to Infiniti, we were told there was nothing that was going to fix it but a new motor. Nissan of Murfreesboro is refusing to replace our motor and I quote, Tony Dante, (I believe that is his name) "We are not going to be out $10,000-$20,000. We have already lost $100,000 because of the increase in gas prices." I said, "we do not want to have to get an attorney involved, we just want you to make this right." and his response was "Go ahead, we have 22 of them." They are telling us they are going to do something that will make us both happy, when in fact, they are only willing to put a bandaid on the worthless motor so that the warranty remains voided and we will never be able to sale or trade the vehicle. Jeremy, the General Sales Manager told us that he would buy the car back from us, but it would be today's market value because the value is less than it was 2 months ago when we bought it. I have $6,000-$7,000 that was applied to the purchase of the car, plus approx. $2900 for an extended warranty that we purchased. They are not willing to do what would be considered the right thing to do because they say that they had had no knowledge of the problem. All they had to do was put the VIN# in, which is what they should do when they take any car in on trade. Because they didn't (they say), they don't think they are responsible. We purchased an almost brand new car, that was used, but still had the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty with a "YES" being checked where it ask "Still under manufacturer's warranty?" when in fact, it was canceled by Infiniti in October 2021 and sold to us January 4, 2022. At the end of the day, we are stuck with a $40,000 vehicle, with a canceled Infiniti warranty with no resolution in sight. If you choose to do business with Murfreesboro Nissan, BEWARE. More
I purchased a used 2019 Camaro convertible from them and kept asking for the car fax which they said they would provide. i did not receive it until after i had the vehicle in my possession. The car fax show kept asking for the car fax which they said they would provide. i did not receive it until after i had the vehicle in my possession. The car fax showed it was a northern vehicle. If I had known this, I would not have purchased it. They sold my trade in very quickly. they would buy the Camaro back at a reduced rate of course. I would never deal with them again and do not recommend them to any one. More
I wish I could leave this establishment a ZERO. The ONLY nice thing they have going for them is Ike. Arisha is the worst salesperson I've EVER had the displeasure of having to deal with. She lured us down there with the promise of helping us figure out the Nissan Employee Discount. When we got down there , she was a totally different person. She said that the employee discount wasn't in effective right now, which is fine...whatever. HOWEVER, a phone call/text would have been much appreciated before making the trip. I did not like Arisha's style of business dealings at all. I WILL NOT do business with this dealership. I'd rather not have a car than to do business with Arisha in particular. More
