While drinking some really good coffee with donut holes, compliments of Nissan of Murfreesboro, the technician came into the waiting area with my pretty clogged air filter, asking if I wanted to replace it. I really like how they not only ask permission but show you the part and take the time to explain pros and cons. I really feel they are honest and don't try to upsell you unecessary parts. Great service department even when they are slammed the customer still comes first ! More
