I came to the service dept at Murfreesboro Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation since I had several things to do in Murfreesboro today. Since I had purchased my tires at another dealer I had called ea oil change and tire rotation since I had several things to do in Murfreesboro today. Since I had purchased my tires at another dealer I had called earlier in the week to check if they would honor the free rotation. The person I spoke to, which I do not recall the name, said yes they would as long as I had purchased the tires within 2 years. He told me to inform the service person when I arrived. So today I arrived at 7:50 am. I told the service person about the tire rotation. Soon after I arrive I was told the my tire rotation would not be free. I asked to speak to the manager. I felt like I was on trial! He wanted to know who had told me that and since I didn’t have a name it seems he felt I made it up. I told him if he wasn’t going to honor what I was told then I wasn’t going to have any service done. So now I have to make arrangements to go to the dealer I got the tires from in Nashville, which I typically go to anyway. Had I been told no to my question when I called I probably could have fit it in today. Unfortunately when I found out they wouldn’t honor the tire rotation it was too late to fit it in. Now I have to work this into another day off. This was a complete waste of my VALUABLE time! I will never go to this service dept again. More

When the price was too high on one car, he knew his inventory so well. He was able to find the exact car without a couple of bells and whistles which put the price at a comfortable place for me. I still have lots of bells and whistles and a beautiful new car. Im so glad that I drove from Nashville to Murfreesboro. It was worth it. More
My daughter took the car here for service on 9-20-24 for a diagnostic why the car horn is not working, she got there from 8:15am and didn’t leave until 1:15pm. Now can anybody explain to me what is making an appointments for ??? Making 4 days ahead for appointments because we all want things to be done fast that why I make 4 days ahead appointments. But no she have to wait for 4 hrs something over a horn that is not working and I just bought her that car like 4 months ago from this dealership, they charge me 500.00 dollar for 4 hour of work and labor, NOW MY WHOLE POINT IS THAT!!! IS TAKE THEM 4 hours TO FIGURE OUT WHY THE HORN IS NOT WORKING AND FIX IT, IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE TO ME AT ALL, AND ANOHTER THINGS THE PROBLEM WHY IS NOT WORKING BECAUSE THE WIRER IS DAMAGE. AND WHEN I ASK MY DAUGHTER IS THERE ALOTS OF PEOPLE THERE ? She says not REALLY !!!! . IF THEY WERE JUST Concentrate and work on her car and not lacking off the car would be done in 2 HRS TOPS. AND I CALL THERE ASK IF I CAN SPEAK TO A SUPERVISORS NERVER HEAR A CALL BACK, CALL THERE AGAIN ASK FOR A FEEDBACK AND SURVEY LINK , OH AND NEVER SEE THEM SENDING ME ANYTHING. TODAY 09-21-24 I FOUND THIS MY SELF AND WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO YOUR CAR SERVICE , IS BIG RIPPED AND SCANDAL TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME , THE MORE TIME THEY KEEP YOU WAIT THE MORE MONEY THEY CHARGE YOU. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK OR A FEEDBACK OR SURVEY LINKS OR ANHTHING , IM TELLING YOU GUYS DO NOT GO HERE . DO RESEARCH FIND A PLACE LIGIT PLACE AND GET YOUR CAR SERVICE IF YOU DONT TRY HOW DO YOU KNOW IT NOT BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! More

I have had the worst experience here. I was told about a truck I was interested in getting was available and I was going to trade in my Buick. The Buick has a dent so i knew the price would not be great but still I got my appraisal and was told low 10k for it. I sent in pictures and told them everything about it to make it quick and easy. When I get there I loved the truck and wanted to get it. I told them my credit score right about ahead of time, just to get an idea of where I would be. Curtis said no I can not give you a final quote on your trade until we run your credit. Well I believed he would do me right since I had been up front about everything since the start. Come to find out he says yeh we cant help you. You owe too much on the Buick to get the bank to approve. I owe 10880 and they offered me 9500... I said really? Can we just not bridge the gap and get me at 10880. He said no way not happening. I was told I needed 5000 down but I probably could not do that since I have 3 kids. Real nice of him. But Hey! They can get me in a new car! I dont want a new car, I came for a used older car because I dont drive alot to work and wanted a truck. Yeh we cant help you, let me get your keys. Gone just like that. Was promised to work with me and help me and do whatever they can so I can be happy. Then to top it off I am driving home and wow he never got my license back. Just my keys since it was 745 and they close at 8. Was told yeh you can come get it next day and ill get you some gas. OK great how about the 4 hours I wasted driving back and forth since I live an hour away. They have been so horrible and not easy to work with. Just sleezy car dealers. Then I say well you already ran my credit see what we can do on a new car. Just was given no numbers no brekadown. Just heres you interest and here is your payment. Man just give my license and let me leave More

Went there we bought a used ford f-150 it ended up being a piece of junk. Two mechanics have looked at it. To fix we were told it needs a transmission. Mboro Nissan tried to trade us out of it but the othe a piece of junk. Two mechanics have looked at it. To fix we were told it needs a transmission. We just were looking for a good vehicle for our hard earned money. If they’d just buy it back and pay it off, would help. It’s no use to us. More
