We traded that day and they brought in a vehicle from Nashville that was the exact color that we wanted. I love my new Elantra and it turns out that my salesperson was really the Sales Manager Chad. He treated me like I was a part of the family that he was looking out for. Not at all what you expect when you hear (Sales Manager) at a car lot. I can't say enough good things about this store. He did not tell John; I questioned this when the final papers were being completed. Chad put John in a very bad position. The problem was resolved and we did get what we wanted at the agreed upon price. Chad deleted $250 warranty to increase $250 to tradein. Overlooking that, since it was resolved, we had a good experience. More
