I was looking at a used volvo when he recommended that I look at a new Hyundai Elantra Touring model. This was the perfect vehicle for my daughter and I. We traded that day and they brought in a vehicle from Nashville that was the exact color that we wanted. I love my new Elantra and it turns out that my salesperson was really the Sales Manager Chad. He treated me like I was a part of the family that he was looking out for. Not at all what you expect when you hear (Sales Manager) at a car lot. I can't say enough good things about this store. They have my business as long as I need a car. More
The salesperson was very friendly, polite and informative and worked with us. The only blip in confirming the final price came when the Sales Manager (Chad, I think) deleted an item we had agreed we wante and worked with us. He did not tell John; I questioned this when the final papers were being completed. Chad put John in a very bad position. The problem was resolved and we did get what we wanted at the agreed upon price. Chad deleted $250 warranty to increase $250 to tradein. Overlooking that, since it was resolved, we had a good experience. More

Chris Jones with Southeast Signature Motors in Murfreesboro, TN is the only dealer who gave me an actual quote & worked with me by phone/e-mail until we agreed on a deal. I've previously bought cars through the Internet but have never had a car delivered to my home. It's the only way to buy a new car. Thank you Chris for a beautiful car!!! I was in for a simple service. While waiting for my repair I asked a salesman (William) to just run a simple scerario on trading in my vehicle for a Tuscon.
