Many dealerships are sales driven, but not Signature VW. They are service oriented and service driven. Their motto is that every customer is satisfied or they have failed and the employees at Signature VW They are service oriented and service driven. Their motto is that every customer is satisfied or they have failed and the employees at Signature VW are not accustomed to failure nor will they tolerate it! They special order items that other dealerships would say "are not available". Each customer's car is treated as if it were their own, sometimes spending more time than they should ensuring that the customer's car is prepared for whatever it may encounter! That little smear on the windshield...it's gone, excess disc brake dust on the wheels...never allowed, oil or grease on the carpets...intolerable, worn windshield wipers...replaced with OEM parts...never some Wal Mart special that falls apart after a month or two, and always carpet protectors...no matter it it was only an oil and filter change. They use original factory parts for repairs, not aftermarket imitations. And they are always going out of their way to be friendly and courtiness...always saying: "Sir" or "Ma'am", no matter how many times I have been thare. There has never been an overcharge for anything that they have had to do and have sometimes undercharged me for additional work that may have been required. I feel like I am a good friend whenever I am at Signature VW. Even the mechanics (or I guess everybody is called a service technician now!) Will come and show me a possible problem that I need to monitor in the future. Today, as I was returning from Atlanta, my check engine light came on. It was 5 o'clock and I was 30 minutes away from Signature VW when I called and asked to be seen if possible, so as to not damage my engine. Any other dealership would have said: "No, our Service Department is closed for today, you'll have to make an appointment for tomorrow!" But not Signature VW! They said: "Sure, bring it on in and we'll have a technician available to check it out!" Luckly it was a minor adjustment that could wait until another day, but Signature VW was willing to accept the work at a moment's notice! You can't put a price on that!!! More
Bought 2 cars the same day, excellent price on both, excellent sales and service! Our salesperson was very helpful and did not push anything e indicated we were not interested in. Everyone is always nice and ready to help. The waiting area could be a little more user friendly. The chairs are not confortable and the temperature is not always set a a comfortable setting. We just purchased our third car from Southeast Signature and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. There are at least two reasons why we go back over and over again. First, Nell Mathis, our salesperson is friendly, open, very knowledgeable and down to earth. We know we can TRUST Nell, and that isn't something we have ever been able say about a car salesperson. She handles herself professionally and in an open way that makes her a magnet for people. They have one of the best salespeople we have encountered on their sales team. Second, George Bolton, Service and Parts Manager. George is simply the best service manager we have ever encountered. He deals with you openly and honestly, he talks in terms that make sense to the non-mechanic without making you feel like you don't know anything. He's friendly, customer service is obviously a priority for him, and this is also reflected in all of the service staff we have met. The highest compliment we can give is that we trust George implicitly, something we have never been able to say about a mechanic. Everyone we have come into contact with at the dealership is friendly and helpful. It is obvious that the customer comes first. We recommend this dealership (particularly Nell) and the service area (because of George and his staff) to everyone that we come into contact with. More

There lounge was a good place to wait and very neat and cozy on a cold morning. I purchased my vehicle here and have had many great visits to the service department. More

Found the car i was looking for through autotraders.com. Called for info, drove to M'Boro, looked at, negoatiated price, and closed transaction in one hour period. I have talked with Nell Mathis over the years looking at cars while ours were being serviced, She was always friendly and helpfull. I'm glad I could count on her when we looked for a car for my daughter. Thank you Nell !!! When it comes to the service depatment it is one of the best we have ever used when you own a Hyundai you usually only see the service department for your regular service, when a warranty issue comes up they are on top of the issue fast with no problems !!! More
