This was the most horrific buying experience of my entire life. Rest assured I will be pursuing consumer complaints at every level starting with the Regional Hyundai and VW Corporations which oversee franch life. Rest assured I will be pursuing consumer complaints at every level starting with the Regional Hyundai and VW Corporations which oversee franchise agreements between dealerships and car manufacturers. Although my experience with them is now a bad memory I am going to do my personal best to see that these people can never do to another human being what they tried to do to me. This dealership engaged in deception and bullying threatening tactics. I purchased a car from them, put $6000 down agreed on a payment etc. I was shown the car I would purchase and told that it had to be moved from one car dealership to another. Repeatedly the Sales Manger Tony Esposito informed me that may car would be delivered as scheduled. He lied. He had the poor little salesman call me and tell me that my car had been sold by another dealer and in essence, too bad so sad. In subsequent conversations with Esposito and his owner I was told that I could have a similar car but I would have to pay the shipping charges. I informed him and later his owner that this was not acceptable as I had a binding contract and they were obligated to get me a car and if at all honorable pay for my rental until the car they promised was acquired. They refused in bullying/threatening tones. They then told me they could not find a car because the car I wanted was in demand and the price of gas was going up to $5.00 a gallon. I told them I had a contract and they had an obligation to me. They told me that I could purchase a car off the lot if I would pay additional charges. I told them I had a contract and if they wanted to give me the upgraded car at the same price that would be acceptable. Needless to say that was refused in heated terms. Repeatedly Esposito would wait several hours and call me again to then offer to get me a car on his terms. Also repeatedly they would threaten to just send my $6,000 back to me, however they at no time indicated that I could have the original contacts back which include a "no cooling off" clause. No way was I taking anything back from that pond xxxx by mail and not without all of my documentation and a release from further obligation to them. Subsequent interactions with them concerned me to the point that I contacted the local police to see if I could receive a police escort into the dealership to secure all of my signed information as well as a release holding me harmless for any past or current obligations and my check for $6,000. The rest of what I have been told about the deceptive, disreputable practices of this dealership is hearsay. So I will not repeat these things in public, but my sources of information are extremely reputable, unlike the owner and staff of Signature VW Hyundai. Suffice it to say that someone less sophisticated than I in the art of fighting fraud and deception should been told never to step foot in this dealership. They and their owner David Harris and Sales Manager Tony Esposito are the worst examples of lying cheating car dealers that I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I will be filing complaints about their behavior to anyone who will take a complaint because I never want any other more vulnerable person to have dealing with this trailer trash. More

Several reasons,tried to charge for warranty work on two of our cars hid bulbs for toured and after 3days in shop one went out the week we picked it up,wasn't informed of a part coming in for a repair.secon of our cars hid bulbs for toured and after 3days in shop one went out the week we picked it up,wasn't informed of a part coming in for a repair.second on our passat they said our axles were fine the boot was cracked got second opinion and they were both bad and had to be replaced at dealership it would have been a warranty so we payed out of pocket at a repair shop,I think they were waiting for our warranty to run out so they would get paid more for the repair than if they would have done warranty work, I told the service mgr service is slipping,he made unreasonable exuses .I have a third be passat they worked on for the engine light and replaced a part,when we picked it up they said we needed to bring it back that it didn't fix the whole problem this was for a 2010 passat, for this repair I will take it to a different vw dealership that's 45 min away but they are more competent,and not once was I offered a loaner car for all of ours being in shop so long,poor poor bad service More
I went in for an oil change and the whole staff was very friendly and they were fast when it came to servicing my vehicle. I have a wonderful experience evey time I have my vehicle serviced there. Everyone I've dealt with there has been very helpful. I am more than willing to drive the extra distance from where I live just to go to Signature VW Hyundai of Murfreesboro. I was kept informed about what was wrong with my car, given a rental to use while it was in for repairs, and Jeff even stayed a bit after closing to let me pick up my vehicle because I had gotten held up due to traffic and weather. It is definitely a great dealership and as long as I live within driving distance I will keep taking my car back there to be serviced. More

I currently own the 2010 VW jetta TDI cup edition with the diesel engine. I am very pleased with my sales person Amy Hale who was very knowledgeable about my car and in cars in general. I thought the purchasing process was going to be a nightmare but turned out to be very pleasant. Amy was very calm and very understanding. She was not aggressive and did not pressure me to buy this car. They worked with me until I got the payments I could afford. Now I'm driving the baddest jetta on my block! More
