I brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance, inspect an oil leak and check a faulty speaker. I made an appointment at 9am and took off work for the day expecting to hear back and pick up my car later t an oil leak and check a faulty speaker. I made an appointment at 9am and took off work for the day expecting to hear back and pick up my car later that day. Well, nobody ever got back with me. I had to call them myself to check on my car around 3:30pm. They told me that the service technician HADN'T even LOOKED AT IT! Long story short, they told me they would not get to it that day and that I could come pick up a rental car because yes, I had to go to work the next day! Finally, the next day around 4pm I get a call stating that my car is ready. I go drop off the rental and pick up my car. They state that the oil leak was fixed and the maintenance performed, however, all they charged my for was an oil change and they couldn't tell me what else the maintenance included. After waiting forever - I figured out that they did not do anything to my car other than fix the leak and change the oil. The regular maintenance calls for a tire rotation, etc. which I know costs money. After waiting even longer for them to print me a bill, I mingled with other frustrated customers. After taking my car home and swearing to never set foot in this place again, I went out to Target the next day. I get about 2 miles down the road and my car would not accelerate! I am basically coming to a stop in the middle of a busy road. I find a place to pull off and try to figure out what is wrong with my car. With this being the closest option for me to get to, I eventually drive back to the dealership to let them figure out what is wrong with my car. They take it back and do a test to find out something is wrong with the fuel compression and that it had nothing to do with the service they performed on it the day before - yeah right! They told me it was ok to drive and I quickly made an appointment with another VW dealer in Middle TN. I took my car to that dealership - they were so kind and courteous, answered all my questions, and fixed my car and performed the required maintenance in one day!! I will never take my car back to Signature. They are unorganized and resemble a bunch of people running around with their heads cut off - and they don't perform the services they tell you they are going to. Save your time and drive the extra few miles to go to a quality service center. More

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Van Hayes was great. He actually came in on his off day to complete my sale and went out of his way to accomodate me. I was at my daughter's house babysitting my two granddaughters and since this limited my availability Van did everything for me on his end. When I did pick the car up, I was just in and out. Everything was ready for me to sign and go. It was a fantastic experience and I will definitely use this dealership again and recommend them to my freinds, neighbors, and relatives. More

While this salesperson was not at the lot when I said I would swing by, Nell Mathis did everything in her power to make sure I was satisfied. She was professional and very informative, and when it became clear that my previous contact had had something come up and would not return to the lot soon, did everything to facilitate my purchase. This was my very first purchase of a VW, so I had quite a few questions. I would highly recommend both this salesperson and the lot to my friends. On a last note, the head of financing was very helpful even when the price went a little bit higher than I was initially looking to spend. More
