Amy is great to work with and cares about making sure I'm happy with my choice without pressuring me into something I do not want. David and Tony - finance guys were quite the experience. Instead of dreading the finance part it was spent laughing and making a new friends. Justin was professional and helpful and cared about making sure that I was seen by David as the minute he was available. Overall just a great group of people to buy a car from. More

Liars, cheats, and crooks I love my Veracruz, thankfully it was purchased from another dealer. While having my car inspected for loosing power I was told that since my car was I love my Veracruz, thankfully it was purchased from another dealer. While having my car inspected for loosing power I was told that since my car was purchased by my father and now in my possession the 100k mile extended warranty was not covered, since I'm not the person who purchased it. Miraculous after they researched it a little while after arguing, they found out it was covered. The lovely parts/service man with the glowing white teeth and super tan body was less than helpful. I have never been treated with as much disrespect as I have from him. My front seat was also covered in grease from the service department, the sales/parts guy was very frustrated when I brought that to his attention as well. Also while having the oil changed I asked it they repaired the recall on the oil valve that I had just been notified of, they assured me they always do recalls. Well almost a year later, I'm sitting at the hyundai dealer in lebanon Having the oil valve and alternator replaced. (The alternator went out because of the leaky oil valve that wasn't replaced.) I literally coasted into the parking lot of the lebanon dealer, with my 2 young children in the back seat. I did not have enough power to put my car into park. Had I been further away, or in the middle of a vacation and lost power on the interstate, I or my 2 small kids might not be here today. Save yourself time, trouble, and your life and take your car to a different hyundai dealer. This murfreesboro dealership specifically the parts/service department is a joke. More

They will try to scam you for more money though service had my car serviced in December and had a full diagnostic check done on it and at the end of the day I paid about $1,200 which is fine ,but I still h had my car serviced in December and had a full diagnostic check done on it and at the end of the day I paid about $1,200 which is fine ,but I still had a little more work needed and I didn't have the money at the time so I told them I would come back and we could pick up where we started. I go there today (1/30/2015) and they tell me there are no notes of a check engine light being on last time (which it was, reason I took the car in) I visited. I tell them it was and then they try to tell me there are differnet kinds of diagnostic checks. I say I paid $100 dollars last time for just a diagnostic and you are telling me I have to pay it again becuase someone forgot to add it to the notes? That makes no sense and to make the matter worse, he then asks some guys to come over and they all basically agree with him so at this point I feel ganged up on. This place is horrible and I will never return. They are just trying to charge me for more money. • • • More
Magic Man David Both my husband and I were in need of cars but we decided to trade them one at a time. We headed over to Signature VW Hyundai of Murfreesboro to check out the Hyundai's because we liked the way they handled on the road. After finding a car we liked we met with David Russell and essentially watched a magic show. We told him what we had to have and stated that we couldn't really budge on the price of payments. After letting him work his magic we ended up with two cars, low milage, a cheaper payment than the old cars and reliability. This guy worked in our favor on every aspect of buying a car or two. He even scolded my husband's old leinholder who refused a lower rate despite my husband's perfect on time payments. David took at least 20 hours out of his week to work with us and get us the best deal possible, not to mention no down payments, free lunch, and some extra amenities. We got more than decent trades for both of our cars and were incredibly impressed with David's realness as a person and his lack of cheezy salesman antics. More
RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNTRUSTWORTHY This is the poorest example of any car dealership that I have ever worked with. The finance manager was unlike any I have ever experienced. Rather than taking the time and asking if I wanted gap insurance, warranties, and etc.... He simply added them to my contract.. When I began to question what was my finance charges were and what he added to my contract, he became very beligerant, told me that he would get out of the business if he had to deal with customers like me, and also told me that I reminded him of his ex-wife. He also forgot to have us sign several pieces of paperwork, and the salesman had to bring them to me at work for me to sign. When we got home and realized there was no manual for the vehicle in the glove box and no mats in the trunk, which is where we thought they had put them, we were told there was nothing they could do for us. The salesman we worked with was Tim. Tim was new and not very well versed about the cars, the warranties, etc..... But I don't believe that Tim was attempting to be misleading like David the finance manager. I think that he was just new, Do not buy a car from this dealership. Even if you have to pay a little more for professional service, it would be worth it. We intend to take this up with Hyundai corporate because what we experienced should not have happened. More

Amy and Travis both worked very hard to get me a great deal. I new what I could afford and the terms I needed and they worked with me until I was happy. After the purchase, Travis programmed my Blue Too deal. I new what I could afford and the terms I needed and they worked with me until I was happy. After the purchase, Travis programmed my Blue Tooth and showed me how to get the bells and whistles to work. He toured me through the service department, introduced me to the service techs, and showed me what to do when and if I need to bring it in for service. Then, I drove home in my new car. He brought my old car home to me later and helped me figure out the garage door opener. I love the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty and the anti-theft system! More
John was by far the most honest and friendly person I met during my recent car shopping experience. Though there may have been cars that were better priced elsewhere, I decided I did not want to do business during my recent car shopping experience. Though there may have been cars that were better priced elsewhere, I decided I did not want to do business with anyone but John. He truly went out of his way to help me with anything he could. If you found a problem with a vehicle, he would not try to play it off as insignificant - as almost all dealers do. John would acknowledge the problem and have it fixed properly and quickly. My only regret is that John may not be there when I go back to purchase another vehicle in a few years - I feel his level of knowledge and help will be difficult to find again. Again, I do not hesitate at all to recommend him. I promise you will not be disappointed. More
