Recall I purchased a Hyundai Sonata 2011 back on August 2014. I put 7,000 cash down and was still told my monthly payments would be 511. I took the car back I purchased a Hyundai Sonata 2011 back on August 2014. I put 7,000 cash down and was still told my monthly payments would be 511. I took the car back to the dealership the next day and they said they couldn't take the car back and I was stuck with it. Then about November of 2015 I received paperwork in the mail about multiple recalls on my vehicle. So in January 2016 I took the car to the dealership to have the recalls check which included brake pedal sticking and gear shifting cable about to snap and they said they checked the engine for metallic shavings and said I had none in my car so we took the car home. June 2016 my check engine light came on for the 4th time. Never did I think it was because of the recalls once again. So we tired to fix what auto zone told us was wrong I put over 200 in parts in the car and still the check engine stayed on the car began to make a horrible knocking noise and lost power multiple times. So I drove the car to the lot once again. They acted like I was crazy at first until they started the car and I showed them the pictures I had of my camshaft full of metallic shavings. The service department told me I would have to pay for my rental and I asked to speak to the service manager and he came to speak with me andPlease work on your customer service Hyundai. 😡 More
