Good, honest people and a new car for me! True story...I have been looking for a nice certified pre-owned vehicle for a long time. I stopped in at VW/Hyundai of Murfreesboro. He was so friendly and had a nice Smile! It wasn't long before we were in a beautiful 2014 Nissan Altima driving down the highway. Todd was great, very knowledgeable, and very honest. He knew his stuff! He quicklyknew what I needed in a car, and he made it possible for me to purchase the vehicle and drive it home that day - NO stress whatsoever! What I'd been dreading turned out to be such a positive experience, and I had made 2 new friends...Todd Eifert, Sales Agent and Mrs T.J. McAlpin, the Finance Manager. Easiest purchase ever. Dealt with the staff on a one night visit. Drove, and ordered the color and style g80 I wanted. Sales people were GREAT Jen and TJ were wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in, picked out the car, drove it and made the deal with Jen in about an hour and a ha Jen and TJ were wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in, picked out the car, drove it and made the deal with Jen in about an hour and a half, and was in and out with TJ signing the papers in less than 45 minutes, but the WAIT in between those two meetings was nearly 3 hours!!! Yes, car picked out, ready to write the check (paying cash) and we sat in the waiting area nearly three hours just to sign a few papers. I got a great price and the people were wonderful, I would probably recommend someone to visit them, but would have to warn them to be prepared to WAIT. More
