He even had our name hanging from the rear view mirror of one of them. Nice touch! As we began our test drives Sim went over as many of the options and details as he could. With a bad storm approaching we managed to get through all 3 test drives just before the power was knocked out at the dealership. We were allowed to take the vehicle we liked the most home for the night and returned the next day to find all of the paperwork completed and best of all the numbers we had talked about the evening before had actually gone down slightly. Who has ever heard of that happening at a car dealership? Sim was very friendly and knowledgeable and is someone that I would feel comfortable doing business with again in the future if the need arises. I would highly recommend Sim Thomas and Murfreesboro VW-Hyundai if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Came back on Monday, was introduced to Sim and asked if they might have a 2017 Santa Fe SE coming to the dealership in the near future that was a Regal Red Pearl w/ beige leather. They did not, but Sim immediately got with a manager and located what we wanted in Dalton, Georgia. Murfreesboro Hyundai made an offer including my trade-in; I made a counter offer and as they say "the rest is history". They drove to Dalton the next day and brought back our car.
