If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and first let me say that I had no issues with the sales folks, it's the service folks who are a joke. My daughter's car, a 202 from this dealership and first let me say that I had no issues with the sales folks, it's the service folks who are a joke. My daughter's car, a 2020 Elantra, is supposed to get free oil changes as part of the sale. Well, good luck with that! You can never get the service department to answer the phone or if they do answer the phone, they claim they don't have an available appointment for MONTHS! My daughter actually took off from work today and drove the 50 miles there to get the oil in her car changed, hoping they could work her in. She arrived at 9:30. The service department told her they MIGHT be able to get her in at 4:00 - maybe. What a joke. So she had to drive to Express Lube to get her oil changed - $63.79 later for a service that was supposed to be free. SHAME ON YOU MURFREESBORO HYUNDAI! More

Antwon in parts department really dropped the ball. Other than the manager pretty much calling me a liar and then hiding in his office for the rest of my visit, my sales experience was fine. That's super helpful....if you live in Alabama this dealership cannot handle your business. More
