Overall good experience Our experience was good overall. The staff is very friendly. We arrived at 11:15 and left at 3:30 pm. There was rarely anyone out to meet us when we pulled up and there were numerous issues that arose throughout the process that the dealership did not handle very efficiently or professionally. The only reason I stayed with this dealership was because of Westley Martinez. He was very personable and became someone I felt I could trust. I would not recommend this dealership overall, but I think Wes is exceptional. More
Bad Experience 6-19-17 I visited this dealership today and was very straight up with the sales person concerning not wanting to haggle on my trade in value. He prom 6-19-17 I visited this dealership today and was very straight up with the sales person concerning not wanting to haggle on my trade in value. He promised me that he would give me the very best appraisal value upfront on my trade in. Of course he came back with a very insulting offer. I then said i wouldn't accept and would like my keys to my car back. He then proceeded to say, is this it? you're not going to give me a chance? I responded by saying that I was up front with you and did not want to haggle on the trade in value. He then called the General Manager Ryan Duncan over to speak to me, who first of all came across very desperate and angry. I proceeded to share the same information with him as I did the sales person, that I was not interested in haggling on my trade in value. Ryan Duncan then became very hostile and begin to insult me. He finally gave me the keys to my car. As I proceeded to leave Ryan Duncan followed me with continual verbal insults. This finally ended up with me getting into my car and Ryan Duncan stepping in the way from me closing the door and continued being hostile , angry, and very verbally insulting. After what seems like forever, I was able to get him to move out of the way and closed the door and drove off. This was by far the most horrifying car dealing experience I have ever witness. I strongly will not recommend buying from this dealership. Ryan Duncan is a very poor example for a manager. More

Southern hospitality! We were totally surprised at the friendly, not pushy, salesman we worked with named Troy. He answered all the questions we had and understood what we were and were not looking for...he didn't keep trying to push us into higher priced cars. We had a wait to speak to the finance department, but he was attentive to get us water, etc and stay with us until our turn came up. TJ was super in handling our paperwork and answering all our concerns and questions. Overall SUPER experience! This is what car buying should be like!!! More
