We bought a 2014 Jetta SportWagen TDI from them back in December. I have never had a worst experience buying a car. First the car was overpriced for a car with a bad intake manifold, o2 sensor, and head December. I have never had a worst experience buying a car. Second they lied to us about the difference between interest rates between the different bank. Third they said they would call when our plates were in before our temporary plates expired and low and below we never got a call. So when I call (1 week before the temp tags expires) to ask about it they say I need to come in for an emissions test that definitely should’ve been done before it left the lot! We still are dealing with problem 3 months later when all of this should’ve been over with a long time ago! Overall very disappointing and will not be buying anything else from this dealer. More
