Marcelo, We appreciate your feedback about your experience. It is our policy to encourage all of our customers to test drive before purchase. You declined stating that you had owned Hyundai vehicles before. We were, of course, sorry to hear a few days later that you didn't like the car. We don't have a return policy, nor is it standard industry practice to take returns. We incur hard costs to transact a car sale and gave you what we feel is a reasonable figure to cover those costs to return the car. We do, however, have a no-cost exchange policy as part of our "No Regrets" promise and would be happy to help you find a different car that better suits your needs.
