Talon took care of us beyond our expectations got us in our 2014 Elantra and out of Murdock dealership in less than 1 hour from the time we walked in test drove the Elantra signed the papers. My wife and I love our new car. It was nice to not have the pressure of a (used car salesman) mentality. Talon was very helpful and gave us the customer service that we deserved. Purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport I check around with other dealers and almost bought from one, but working a deal was getting to be a real hassle. I text Chris Neslen to see what price he could get me, and his price beat every deal I could make at the other dealers. He gave me the best price from the start!!!! Nestor was so friendly, finding ways to make things work without being pushy, that I came back after the vacation and we found the Sonata I have now. Nestor was very well informed on the vehicles and helped me realize a lease was the best option for me as well and made the decision easy with his personal experiences and knowledge. Plus, after the purchase he was still available and helped get the tint and everything else worked out for me as well. It didn't stop after the purchase. I will be back myself. More

Stay Away We went in later Saturday 1/3/2015 spent 3.5 hours worked a good deal on a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan they wanted $5200 & the van had a rusted dent in t We went in later Saturday 1/3/2015 spent 3.5 hours worked a good deal on a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan they wanted $5200 & the van had a rusted dent in the hood they were going to fix it & throw in a 3 year 50K power-train guarantee so out the door would be $6300. However, I wanted to have my mechanic to look at the Van as we heard a noise (we believe may have been the power steering) & I was a little concerned as there was rust inside the van.(Inside??) It came from OH & IN. It had a clean carfax however if it had been in a flood I needed to know. (We all know not everything is reported to carfax)The salesman Joe was nice, but it was his 2nd day there. I said so do we need to put a deposit on it? He said they were closed on Sunday & as I was going to take it to my mechanic on Monday it would be fine he would put notes on the van. Well... on Monday when I was leaving to go & get the van, I got a call telling me that it had been sold late Saturday night after he left. I was upset as I asked about placing a deposit. I called the company to speak with the owner who is on a 3 year mission. (Go figure) The GM is taking over while the owner is away but he doesn't speak to customers. The salesmen take care of all his business. Well after speaking to a salesman he said that I was offered to place a non-refundable deposit & declined. (NOT TRUE!) This van was on that lot a month & all of a sudden after I work a good deal & within 3 hours of my leaving its sold??? Nawwww we think they thought they were taking too much of a beating on this deal so didn't want to sell it to us. We will NEVER deal with that crooked company again & will tell everyone we know to go elsewhere. If this deters just one person from going threw them we will feel much better. More

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the car-buying experience was at Murdock Hyundai. We knew the make and model of car we wanted to buy and Nestor was able to find us a perfect match. He didn't pressure us to add extras to the base model we wanted. Nestor worked with the time frame we had when we walked in the door. He let us lead the discussion towards making a purchase and even allowed us access to a fair price. We plan to return to Murdock Hyundai, in future car purchases, and hope to work with Nestor again. More
