Stress-free car buying experience After driving the same car for 21 years, it was finally time for something more reliable. Our experience with Nestor was great. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He wasn't pushy in the least. His easygoing demeanor gave us the time and space to think about our needs and decide on our own whether the cars we were looking at would work for us. The car practically sold itself, Nestor just helped us learn all about it (Hybrid). There was no haggling on the price. The discounts Nestor gave us made it an attractive purchase without any effort. Other dealerships in the area couldn't even come close to it, and were more pushy in the few minutes worth of conversation [email and face-to-face] than I cared for. The only downside was some back-and-forth on the financing, but that was more self-inflicted than anything (though it did significantly extend the length of our visit). The finance guy didn't quite seem to be on top of things, causing some additional paperwork, and additional delays, but overall a positive experience. In the end, we love our new car, and would definitely buy from Nestor and the folks at Murdock Hyundai of Murray again. More

They sale cars without titles We bought an audi thought we were getting a decent used car Decent price, coarse we waited 3to4 weeks for the title, then we took car to be inspected We bought an audi thought we were getting a decent used car Decent price, coarse we waited 3to4 weeks for the title, then we took car to be inspected to get registered and it wouldnt pass because the frame is bent, so here we are with a car sorting in our drive way no way to be fixed! !went back they offer half the $$ back, we give then a second chance buy a second car, volvo,still the same problem, no title but they'll contact us as soon as they can get it,they never contact us back like they say they will. I would never give them my business again! Very dishonest ppl that work there! ! Never again!!you want to bus a decent used car do not go here More

Purchased a Hyundai Accent I purchased a Used 2013 Hyundai Accent from this dealership. After looking a little closer at the car and realizing the tires were about bald and one I purchased a Used 2013 Hyundai Accent from this dealership. After looking a little closer at the car and realizing the tires were about bald and one had a leak in it and noticing it was missing a key FOB I decided the car just was not for me. I took it back within the 5 day time frame that they give you to exchange cars and they exchanged it for a brand new Hyundai Accent no questions asked. Jason Stocking was great to work with. They even beat the price of the cheapest dealer that I had found on Truecar.com for the Accent GS. I would highly recommend this dealer. They were not pushy either they just let you check out the cars you were interested in and pointed out the key features to each one. More
