Awesome salesman, great dealership! I have been to many different dealerships and looked at several different makes/models in the process of choosing the right car for me, and once I dec I have been to many different dealerships and looked at several different makes/models in the process of choosing the right car for me, and once I decided on the Veloster I checked out all 3 Hyundai dealers in my area and I must say that Murdock Hyundai is by far the best. I've had good experiences, bad experiences and some terrible ones too, but at Murdock I had a great one. I worked with Mike Marsh and would recommend him to anyone. At no point did I ever feel pressured, or treated dishonestly. I felt he had my best interests at heart, and cared that I found the car that was right for me, and not the car that he wanted to sell me. I was definitely a challenge to work with, I'm sure. I signed on a car and then changed my mind on it a few days later for one with more features, endlessly haggled on price, and made him search far and wide for a car states away that met my criteria and never did Mike become frustrated, rude, or unwilling to work with me. I never felt the 'turn and burn' mentality, but rather that my satisfaction was a priority. The dealership staff is very nice and welcoming, and the service is great and very quick. I'll definitely be working with Mike again in the future. He ultimately helped sell me on the car, but even more so on himself and the dealership. I'm now driving the car that I wanted and love it. I have zero regrets or remorse and am happy that I am going back to Murdock for all my service and Hyundai needs. Buying a car is a frustrating, bittersweet process but working with Murdock Hyundai of Murray, and especially Mike, made the process as easy as it could ever be. 10/10 I will definitely give them my business in the future!
