Taking Care of the Customer My daughter and I purchased a Used Car from Nestor and the car started having signs of transmission problems on the way home and over the weekend. Ca My daughter and I purchased a Used Car from Nestor and the car started having signs of transmission problems on the way home and over the weekend. Called Nestor up Monday morning, made arrangements to bring the car back in the afternoon, he greeted us upon arrival right away, he then made arrangements with his service dept to have the car checked out at their expense (NO HASSLE). Being we live 35 miles away Nestor set my daughter up in a New car as a loaner vehicle until hers is repaired. Thank you Nestor as that's what I call "CUSTOMER SERVICE"! More

Everything was GREAT except Jerry in finance. I enjoyed every bit of this buying experience from Brayden, our salesperson, to John, our originally finance person. Upon going back in to finish pape I enjoyed every bit of this buying experience from Brayden, our salesperson, to John, our originally finance person. Upon going back in to finish paperwork, however, is where the experience at Murdock Hyundai took a turn for the worst. We were making a cup of coffee while waiting for Jerry and he seemed annoyed that we were getting drinks, he didn't wait for us, he just said "I'll be back there when you're done". He never explained any paperwork at all to us as we were signing and when we did have a question he told us to call back tomorrow. It was BERY clear he wanted nothing to do with helping us finish our paperwork. He came across as rude, unprofessional and in need of some serious customer service training. More
