Very bad experience, not trustworthy. My little brother went in to by a car, needed a good deal, left without one. Mark took advantage of my brothers lack of knowledge. Sold a car that had My little brother went in to by a car, needed a good deal, left without one. Mark took advantage of my brothers lack of knowledge. Sold a car that had a terrible CarFax report. Mark told him that the car once had a "light fender bender". When my brother went to trade this car in, he found out then that the car actually had severe frame damage and Mark never once mentioned it to my young, naive brother. Very disappointed because of his dishonesty and lack of disclosure to his customer. It's really sad that Mark felt ok selling that horrible car to a first real car buyer. We will never be back to Murdock in Murray out of fear of not getting well taken care of. Very, very sad because experiences in the past have been ok. More
