I was very impressed that the process of buying a car was so quick. I did have previous approval and was able to preview cars before hand which helped. Overall great service! MJ and Luis went the extra mile to find a car that fit my needs. In fact, Luis Drove 35 minutes to my house to show me a car during my work break. The "no regrets" is just baloney. On the day of purchase and on two other occasions, they said we had a warranty on the trade in and because of their failure to do due diligence on the numbers, we owed more and on two other occasions, they said we had a warranty on the trade in and because of their failure to do due diligence on the numbers, we owed more money. We said we are not going to pay the money because that was not what we agreed on then we were given an option to either pay it or return the car. We went to the dealership in an effort to return the new car and get the old car. We communicated with the sales manager who accused us of lying when the deal was made. We were belittled and utterly disrespected. To make matters worse, they were not willing to let us return the car like they had stated. When they realized that we were adamant on returning the car, they then said they will cover their mistake. At this point, I did not trust ANYONE at Hyundai Murdock and was determined to return the car. They then said I will have to pay a hefty fee for the work they had done on the trade in car which was hogwash because work cannot be done on a car if the deal has not funded. They would not let me get it without paying for the stupid repairs. I paid the fee and got my car only to find that some of the work they claimed to have done like was not done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Go to other dealerships where you get value for your money. I ended up going to VW Southtowne and got a way better deal on a brand new SUV. More

Unless you enjoy giving away $8,000 Over the price of the vehicle I would not recommend going here. They make you feel comfortable and like they are a great company and then hit you with $8,000 worth of “tax vehicle I would not recommend going here. Gave us a defective Palisade. We bought the limited edition Palisade at the end of October, so the car isn't even 3 months old and our back sensor isn't working which means we have no blind spot detect edition Palisade at the end of October, so the car isn't even 3 months old and our back sensor isn't working which means we have no blind spot detector. It also means the highway adaptive cruise control won't work. We brought it in and "worse case scenario" was the part would be in by Dec 5th. Well now they aren't even sure they will have the part in by Jan 1st! The main reason we bought this car is we needed a bigger car to drive down to our family in California for the holidays and now we will have to drive it without one of its main safety features. We were told its apparently a common problem. With 2 kids under 3, I find this extremely unacceptable and no one at Hyundai really seems to care as we have just been passed around from department to department. This was our second car from there but I can guarantee that unless they can make this right, it will definitely be our last and we will tell all family and friends to steer clear. More
