My parents were going to purchase a car next year through Mike, and while he was really nice, the follow-up overall from the Service department has left us with a disappointed impression. I have had to follow up three separate times to find out what was going on and Tyler keeps saying he's going to get back to me and doesn't. I've emailed three times to find out the status and haven't ever received a response or an acknowledgment of the email. He may be waiting on someone else, but I would at least appreciate some kind of acknowledgment or "we're working on it" or even "sorry, there is nothing to be done." More
