They have the WORST customer service. We went to them to drive trucks on June 12. The sales guy (Jason Creech) we had an appointment with was too busy to pay attention to us. So another guy helped us and gave us keys to different trucks that we wanted to test drive. We found a silver Chevy Silverado that we liked. Jason finally talked to us, we told him what truck we liked, he gave us the price and we gave him the go ahead to run the numbers. He didn’t listen when we told him it was just going to be under my husbands name only so the paper work was written up differently than we wanted but we signed and went on our way with the truck. Fast forward a week and we discover the VIN number on the paperwork does not match the one on the truck. We let them know this and come to find out all the paperwork was written up for a White Chevy Silverado that is about $3,400 less than the silver one we signed for. Murdock Hyundai will not honor the price that they gave us for the truck that we wanted and drove away in. AND they won’t give us the truck that was on the paperwork that we qualified for (which we don’t want that truck but why do we not qualify for it now???) More
I purchased a new 2020 Hyundai sonata because was told how safe it would make me while driving. This car and this dealership has been nothing but problems, unlike my original visit 4 years ago. Super disappointed in the car, the finance people for not sending the information I requested two months ago, and the sales people were not really "listening to me say I won't be able to afford this payment". I should have walked away, but instead I drove away with a horrible experience that is still haunting me. I called 2 days after driving it off the lot, and was told there's absolutely nothing they could do about the situation. I wrote an email to the general sales manager on July 6th 2020, and he stated he would like to help me but there was basically nothing he could do. More

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Fred my salesman went the second mile in helping me find just the right car. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and fun to be with. 1.18.21 EDITED... How true is their review if they pay people to change it. I was contacted by the salesman who helped me and he offered me a gift card in exchange for changing my review to Hyundai. Instead of asking what went wrong he just wanted to pay me to change it. He did help me get in contact with the finance team. But other than that did nothing but offer me a gift card to change my review. I declined and did not change it. So now over a month later I get a text from him telling me he wont get paid from Hyundai until summer time. I feel this is very inappropriate of him. I will be calling his manger and Hyundai directly to complain. Very Very unprofessional. The only reason I am not giving them only one star is because their service department was good to work with. I do not recommend this dealership. I had done all my research and had my financing set up. Bought the car I wanted on Friday. The salesman was not great to work with and seemed lazy. Since we bought the car I have asked him several times about getting the Blue Link set up. He kept telling me he would get it taken care of. Today Wednesday I finally called and got ahold of the person that sets it up and she got it set up in under 5 minutes. Something the salesman should have done and clearly was not hard to get done. The finance person we dealt with was great to deal with that is why I gave 2 stars. But they have not finished processing the financing. Again all they have to do it send to my bank as I was already pre-approved by my bank. So this should not have been to hard either. I feel like I was the perfect customer had my car picked and my financing done. I am hoping the maintenance department is better when I have to take my car in for service. More
