Getting a new car is a big deal! Over all my experience was very satisfactory. One small issue was the color of the car. (Actually it was a large issue.) I had picked out a color on the Sante Fe and then when I changed to the Tucson it was not explained to me that the red on the Sante Fe was not available on the Tucson. Imagine my surprise when I came to pick the car up and it was not the color I was expecting! I do like my car very much and the color is great when the sun is shining on it....otherwise it is a little too dark. I decided not to exchange it, but appreciated the offer anyway. More
