A great dealership experience I actually work as a loan officer for a local financial institution and I hear so many awful reviews about dealerships in the area, Murdock Hyundai is I actually work as a loan officer for a local financial institution and I hear so many awful reviews about dealerships in the area, Murdock Hyundai is not one of those, and my experience there was no different, it was a great straightforward experience, the longest part was my wife and I deciding which vehicle we wanted. Everything was presented in an understandable manner and I could tell that the salesperson only had our best interests in mind during the transaction and even stayed late to make sure that we were well taken care of. Best service I've ever had from a car dealer!!! We had such a great experience with Murdock in Murray. First, I worked with Erin who worked with me for a few days and was really helpful identifying We had such a great experience with Murdock in Murray. First, I worked with Erin who worked with me for a few days and was really helpful identifying the vehicle we were looking for and helped schedule a time with us. Then, when we went in we worked with Mike Marsh who was very friendly and did a great job answering all of our questions and spent a lot of time with me in the evening working out the cost differences between all the vehicles we were looking at. He didn't pressure is at all and we were able to think on it over the weekend. When I came back the next Monday I worked with Brock, a sales manager, and he wrapped everything up for us. Brock was very professional and curteous and made sure we got everything we were looking for! Such a good guy. During the whole process, Erin repeatedly checked in on me to see how things were going, helped us with our crazy kids, and was just genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Everyone we worked with was phenomenal! Such incredible customer service! Even though we worked with 3 different people, I never had the feeling that they were stepping on each other's toes, or that I could only work with one person, or anything like that. I get a little nervous about asking them for something extra-- because they usually give it to me. I don't want to be that ungrateful relative. I am not sure if they treat everyone that way--but it is how they treat me. I feel like they are my friends-- before and after the sale. I will buy at Murdock every time. I have proven that because I have purchased 5 vehicles from them over the past few years. If hyundai would sale trucks-- I would buy more. More
