A number of days after I happily drove off with my beautiful Honda Fit I needed to get a small problem resolved. Phone service was less than desirable. I was sent from one department to another, the last one with a 20 minute will hold before I got a response. Erin was out that day and at one point I was giving her extension. I think I expected the receptionist to know that she was not there, so that she wouldn't direct me to her. This could've been an isolated experience, and I wouldn't take it into consideration when buying a car at Murray Hyundai. More
