After waiting 5 months for our new car, we made an appointment with our salesman to pick it up. When we got there he never even acknowledged us or thanked us for our purchase. We were juggled between 3 or 4 other people trying to help us. We were paying cash so it should have been very simple, but it still took almost 3 hours. When we finally left, nothing was set up on our car and to top it off, a week later they called us and told us that they didn't figure the cost correctly and that we owed them another $1000.00. One month later and we are still trying to figure out our car and can't get the Blue Link to work. Sadly, when we told management, including writing an email to Blake Murdock, no one seemed to care about how poorly this salesman treats his customers. It was bad all the way through. Also, they had us pick out which license plates we wanted and then they got us the ones we absolutely did NOT want! It's like no one cares around there! I'm happy some others have had good treatment, but we certainly did not and would never recommend them to anyone. More

What's the point of low balling people if another murdock hyundai is offering $700 more for a trade in plus $500 extra coupon you should be able to match especially when you are selling the vehicle for $9,000 more then what you purchased for it. The used car manager must be making a ton of money. If anyone needs a cx-5 buy a new one will save $5,000 over the used one. Start being fair, and don't say you can't go more when you clearly can. All dealerships low ball, but not as murdock hyundai of Murray, sell online if you have a used vehicle will get much more for it. Dealership don't care about making it right. More
