Promise not honored Well I am sad to write this.. Scott Child was very attentive as we looked for a used car for my son. We were under time pressure as I was out of state Well I am sad to write this.. Scott Child was very attentive as we looked for a used car for my son. We were under time pressure as I was out of state looking with my son for a reliable car for him. Scott worked hard to get a car we were interested in through their shop and called back keeping us up to date on car... he assured us this car was in good shape after work done by their guys. He stated multiple times to 3 adults ..."want you to be happy...going to take care of your son here...can drive this car for 5 days and if don't like give YOU YOUR MONEY BACK... tear up the paperwork and GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK." . perfect for our situation as we did not want to keep looking ... he encouraged us to take it to a shop to get it looked over in those 5 days. And we did.... in 5 minutes the shop guy came out with a list and said take it back....... so my son called and now THEY SAID YA GET STORE CREDIT FOR A DIFEERENT ONE ..call placed to Scott who said .. " let me look into this and I will calll you right back" no call back from Scott... Not yet... now working with other staff let's hope they are good to their word.... I encourage anyone with these experiences to call1-800-633-5151 Hyundai customer service.. they are great people.. have an open case on this and I am working with them to this does not happen to anyone else... as for now I have extended my store credit in hopes we can get a car that works for us. I truly hope this dealership can right a true wrong by Scott. We would hav e been happy if they upheald his word of YOU MONEY BACK. YES IT IS NOT THEIR POLICY. But Scott stated he would do that for us... and it is not too late Scott to right a wrong. Give us our full money back as promised .... I will update this as I progress through this unpleasant process... More

I will return to Murdock Hyundai at the end of this lease and maybe Erin will still be there. If she is, she will be my sales woman. The owner, Blake Murdock, stopped in to see me too while I was waiting for the numbers. He was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Their TV commercials are spot on. Everything they say is true. I had a wonderful experience buying this new car. Absolutely NO regrets at all, not even the usual "morning after." Never. I love this car, I feel safe and I will recommend Murdock Hyundai to everyone. More

Knowledgeable Sales Staff, IF you can get their attention I went in to this dealership with a certain New car in mind, a White 2016 Elantra GT for (A) the Price, they had a Dealer Discount on this and All of I went in to this dealership with a certain New car in mind, a White 2016 Elantra GT for (A) the Price, they had a Dealer Discount on this and All of their GT's of $1500, Factory Rebates amounting to $2500 (that everyone qualified for) and (B) the Warranty (Legendary). Scott was the Lucky salesman that got me and he noticed as well as I that the car in question had over 2000 miles on it so I expected a reduction in Price for that (Demo) and the fact he said "well this is a Demo and will have to adjust for that" and it also had a crease in one of the Front fenders with scratches and paint missing (estimate about $1000 damage), a scuff on another fender and curb rash on two of the Alloy Wheels and I expected a reduction for all that as well. Once again Scott agreed but whoever he talked to (I assume the New Car Manager) didn't quite see it that way and after all was said and done they offered a $1000 reduction and another $500 for a Rebate (Conquest) I was already entitled to (made me chuckle), which I declined, I am not at all upset because it was their option and they have a business to run, I think they should have really considered it for more than 2 minutes though, cause I did want to buy a car from! Scott did a Good job, not as (CRAZY) Great as he thought he might but xxxxxxto him for his efforts. It is all water under the Bridge cause the 2017 GT's are already being delivered back East and should be here soon? (the Style package comes with Leather seating, Bonus) and if I am still in the Market maybe they will have an Unused, Undamaged NEW car that I can buy at a Reasonable yet Competitive price? Time will tell. More
