When I bought the car the touted the wonderful service department, The reality is the people are great but the operation is a cluster F. The vehicles safety algorithms has almost killed me twice. Once by Emergency Breaking randomly, and yesterday the car tried to veer me left into a head on crash. Had to fight the steering wheel to keep from killing the family. More

I believe the should just offer me the oppourtunity to exchange vehicle for one that works. this delership is a joke. More

Hours of wait for a service with an appointment, and I had to physically go into the shipping container to ask to be helped when multiple people saw me waiting in front of it to be helped.
