Hours of wait for a service with an appointment, and I had to physically go into the shipping container to ask to be helped when multiple people saw me waiting in front of it to be helped. These people will rip you off on a service contract, they badger you into it, and now if you want service with them you have to Drop your car off and come back 4 hours later, I used it once and then they are badger you into it, and now if you want service with them you have to Drop your car off and come back 4 hours later, I used it once and then they are NOW saying it will be like this for 3.5 years, I will never go to Murdock Hyundai again More
After waiting 5 months for our new car, we made an appointment with our salesman to pick it up. When we got there he never even acknowledged us or thanked us for our purchase. We were juggled betwe appointment with our salesman to pick it up. When we got there he never even acknowledged us or thanked us for our purchase. We were juggled between 3 or 4 other people trying to help us. We were paying cash so it should have been very simple, but it still took almost 3 hours. When we finally left, nothing was set up on our car and to top it off, a week later they called us and told us that they didn't figure the cost correctly and that we owed them another $1000.00. One month later and we are still trying to figure out our car and can't get the Blue Link to work. Sadly, when we told management, including writing an email to Blake Murdock, no one seemed to care about how poorly this salesman treats his customers. It was bad all the way through. Also, they had us pick out which license plates we wanted and then they got us the ones we absolutely did NOT want! It's like no one cares around there! I'm happy some others have had good treatment, but we certainly did not and would never recommend them to anyone. More
