Many regrets! I am absolutely dissatisfied with my purchase experience. JR/Scott was a terrible salesperson. Not straightforward or transparent. He told me I was going to get exactly what the Blue Hyundai Tucson I had as a loaner had. In fact, my car did not come with the privacy screen for the back and I just noticed today it doesn't have an eco mode. He kept pressuring me to buy that blue car and really didn't seem engaged in establishing a relationship with a customer. He just wanted the sale. I hate that I bought my car here. I will never purchase a car here and will actively share my experience with network so they don't go to your dealership either. Terribly ran! P.S. JR/Scott or whatever his real name is, is not the only one at that dealership with terrible customer service / professionalism. The person that did our finance paper work was also very rude and got upset in front of us that the Sales team did not verify my correct address before her printed everything out. I really dislike when people show their dislike for their co-workers in a professional setting. More

Great I bought my first car with the help of Suzy Dall and couldn't have better things to say about my experience! They made me feel attacked. I went in wanting to test drive my very first newer car. The manager helped me and I informed him I wanted to know the numbers including tax and fees. I told him I wanted to think about getting the car for a week or so due to the fact that it was my very first car test driving. He came back with people with a temp license. When I told them I said I was going to think about it and never once said I wanted it today. They got offended and kept asking why not take the car today. They were rude and pushy. Kept saying they can answer my questions and I don't need to talk to my bank. They were inconsiderate about what I was saying. And the manager didn't listen to me saying that I wanted a week to think on it. More
