Great experience overall. When I went into the dealership the day I purchased my car, I didn't intend on buying that day. I just wanted to stop by and have my friend test drive When I went into the dealership the day I purchased my car, I didn't intend on buying that day. I just wanted to stop by and have my friend test drive because I liked the way the Tucson drove, but we were both looking at Subaru's. Once working with Chase I just felt comfortable and he made me aware that they had a Tucson with the features I wanted. After driving it again with her, I just knew it was the car. It helped that Chase was so helpful, open and honest. Was able to find the exact car I wanted in a shipment of cars that day. Overall it was a pleasure to work with him, and I would and will recommend him, as well as Murdock to everyone I know. More

won't go back After having been charged for nitrogen in my tires that came with no charge just 6 months previously in another almost identical car, being purposely After having been charged for nitrogen in my tires that came with no charge just 6 months previously in another almost identical car, being purposely misled on the interest rate on my loan (being told it was one rate, then charged a higher rate because the lower one was last months rate or so they said) and trying to slip a $300 key insurance charge in when I didn't ask for it, I am not inclined to ever buy a car from Murdock again nor recommend anyone else do it. It was a distasteful experience even though you may get a lower initial price they always make it up somewhere else at your expense. More
