Do not take your car to Murdock Hyundai! You will leave frustrated and unhappy! They talk a start game but have no end game nor do they follow up with their customers.

The reason your car has been at the dealership as long as it has is that we have been working with Hyundai for a goodwill exception for warranty work on your vehicle that has a salvage title. Tyler and Stuart have both been personally involved in seeking and obtaining rare approval in this situation and have left you messages with little response. Now that Hyundai has approved the work we have to wait for them to send us the engine. This is a situation where, regardless of the diligence of our team members, there is going to be down time, waiting on the manufacturer for case review and parts delivery. We won't stop you from taking the car elsewhere if that is what you want to do. However, we can't say what that will do to the OEM approval or the timeline for repair. We truly are interested in resolving this as quickly as possible. Best regards, Murdock Hyundai of Murray.
