I make appointments for an oil change and they tell me it will be about 3 hours. They do Uber me to and from my house but I am without my car for way to long. It should not take that long. I for one never contacted the dealership and they insisted that I was wanting a Hyundai to begin with and never would I want to buy a Hyundai, not if I had a choice. Once I asked them how they got this information, the calls and messages just stopped, seems to me something fraudulent or fishy is going on because if they weren't at fault for falsely obtaining my information then why wouldn't they reply to my inquiry and help me find out who gave the info to them to harass me about a car I never looked to finance? That makes me think about contacting my attorney and the proper authorities or even Get Gephart to look into this and find out how many people they are trying to "fish" into their dealership under the false pretenses that they will get into a car... Same scenario as an acquaintance of mine has since tod me about this happening to him as well. Not a very good business ethic or trustworthy dealership and I want answers so I will continue to seek them out any means necessary and no matter the cost.
