Worst dealership ever. Bought a member buy back from there. Didn’t tell me it was a lemon from California. Have had in in for multiple issues since I bought it. If there were a zero star rating that is what I would give them. 3 Hours for an oil change? How ridiculous is that. Also had an issue with the sound system that is well documented by Hyundai, including give them. 3 Hours for an oil change? How ridiculous is that. Also had an issue with the sound system that is well documented by Hyundai, including a TSB and the service advisor knew ”nothing about such an issue.” Stated they would have to “tear it apart” to see if we had messed with the premium sound system. Called another dealer who had me come right over on a Saturday and fixed the “very well known problem to them” in 30 minutes, then had us return in the afternoon to wash and detail the car. I will avoid Murdock Hyundai whenever possible in the future. More

I make appointments for an oil change and they tell me it will be about 3 hours. They do Uber me to and from my house but I am without my car for way to long. It should not take that long. I think they are double booking appointments or I think it might be because I have free lifetime oil changes they put me at the bottom of the list. This has been going on ever since I have owned the car. This is a joke and something needs to be done about it.
